It goes like this:

"There was a boy named Callan [Caleb's friend who lives two doors down]. He played with Caleb and Zoë. He came to Caleb and Zoë's house and played with the alligator. He [the alligator] bite Caleb and Zoë. Then he [Callan] put the alligator in time out. The alligator bit my book."

"Then Callan went out the door outside and saw the bad wolves in the dark. He met a horse named Ringo. He fell off Ringo. Then his hat fell off. He put his hat back on. He opened the gate, then the bad wolves bite him and he ran away."

[I notice the second part sounds a lot like a part of Beauty and the Beast, Caleb's favorite movie, but that is the story he told me.]

Pumpkin Festival

After we picked our pumpkin, we went to the pumpkin patch's Pumpkin Festival. We went on a hayride:

Our local fire station had an open house event today. Caleb got to dress up like a firefighter:
